Already posted. But I think the consensus in the other thread is that this is true. After twelve years Sony with all its financial problems and getting ready for more vita support and PS4 has stopped production.

No one will ever beat the DS now. Especially with tablets ruling the world.

Whether you think PS2 still holds the crown or not, there's no denying the DS got where it is MUCH more quickly.

Wrong.

The DS was already outselling PS2 in global sales here on VGChartz last year and a lot of people were complaining that the PS2 was undertracked.

VGChartz has updated PS2 numbers since then.

Anyway, don't want to start a sales vs. shipping figures debate. But there is no way that the PS2 is selling higher in emerging countries than what DS does in NA, Europe and Japan combined.
