WiiU sure is taking a beating here in Europe. I wonder if it can drop further next week even with Xmas approaching.

The most striking thing is that non-Nintendo games have completely drowned (even ZombiU is low). It's quite a bad omen for WiiU's success in the long-term as 3rd parties may back away from the system very quickly.

Even with Japanese launch, Wii U can't beat 360. Everywhere else wii u is almost down to wii levels. I think next week Wii U is way below 360, PS3 and it might actually be below wii too. That would be something.

You know, I never really played a racer/sim extensively. I always thought that after awhile it would get boring or whatever. But I think this year might be different for me. And since GT is such a sales beast with such a strong community of people who buy it right out of the gate without having it forced on them, I think I am going to buy my first racer this holiday and give it a go. How can 9 ( or possibly 10) million people be wrong about the elite in it's class.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Id say the XL/Academy Edition is a must-buy. It has all the updates and content. Think of it as a Game of the Year Edition.

Fantastic that the game has been supported so well. They could easily have replaced it after a couple of Years and milked the consumer. Nice of them to keep the GT5 userbase updated.
