Atheist dictators killed millions of people over the past century, and caused more death in a much shorter time span than almost any other catastrophe that has happened in the civilized world, and imprisoned  or murdered hundreds of thousands in an effort to eradicate religion itself, because, you know, mass murder is the inevitable result when a community becomes too intolerant of outlandish dogmas and too fond of critical thinking. Oh the irony!

Funny to see that people seem to be offended personally because of this thread.

I don't think the threads purpose is to tell if Atheist are bad or Religious people are bad! the pictures and movies where just very funny!!

Ps. what you are mentioning above are rumors. Please recheck your source as most of the people you mention are not Atheist and  only a few where really Atheist!! And next to that your Catholic Inqusition and Crusade numbers are only numbers based on estimations not on facts! Furthermore you forgot to mention the other religious wars in the world.

Well, I guess we agree, because as everyone knows music is only created by intelligence. So you are saying God created everything using superstrings. But first he had to create the superstrings of coarse.

My religion is truest, which is not saying it has a monopoly on truth, because is consistent with the most facts: cosmology, biological complexity, the history of life, and fertility rates.

I will also ask a question. Why did Christianity steal so much from paganism? Don't quote me but I think there is over 4000 other religions in the world today.

The story of Sodom and Gommorah has a very crude association between God's destruction and disobedient societies. It just says bluntly don't do this or else. The New Testament explains how people who abandon God will abandon biblical morality and perish. As we know from Western civilization, which has abandoned Christianity, it has destroyed the traditional family upon which society is built. As a result of no-fault divorce, pornography, and abortion the Western family has a fertily rate of about 1.6, or 16 children for 20 parents, or a 25 percent extinction per generation; which will wipe out Western civilization in about 200 years.  So the die has been cast, God has delivered his judgement. Western civilization will be wiped off the face of the earth in 200 years and there is nothing anybody can do to prevent this. So welcome your Muslim immigrants, they are your replacements, the chosen ones of God. Or if you live in the U.S. the Hispanics are your replacements. Praise the Lord.

I don't take him seriously. He does not comprehend facts. Science has achieved greatness. At this very moment it has allowed him to type in the dark on a pc with  a light and enjoy the internet but why take it seriously? Why with what science has provided should he take it as fact? The computer is fake, as is his typing and the whole world and his surroundings. The fact that he doesn't see that all of this has pretty much proved him and all his logic wrong.   

Oh and I have been having quite the evening, Had some drinks, Listened to some good music, got paid and came home drunk and can still understand more of what reality is then you. Don't take it the wrong way. Go get drunk and challenge...... LOL . The athiests winnnnnnnsssssssssssss!

In the denfinition of atheism, no. But same goes for religion.  And i didnt say just atheism, but also anti-theism. I guess those 2 are hard to divide today among internet warrior atheists, huh?

And if one is anti theist, he could (out of his hatred) persecute and or/eventually kill religious people. Just like if someone was a fundamentalist or extremist.
