Unlike WiiU which launched in all three regions a couple weeks apart, PS2 launch in Japan 7-8 months before the other markets, GBA launced a little over two months before other markets.

I am not surprised that Wii U had a worse launch than Wii in all regions. Next few weeks the sales gap will just grow and grow.

Wii U might bomb like Donkey kong®, I'm still very undecided about its future.

But, imo, Vita's second holiday will steal the pyrotechnics show this year in japan.
