I only go to GAF to see the cool Official Threads.

It's true. They have some great gaming communities over there.

However, their overall self-entitlement and their tendency for hyperbole hurt my head.

Which is why I ignore the rest.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

A bit higher than I predicted recently (250k-300k) but we know almost everything launches with huge numbers in Japan. Still, lower than Vita so I guess that means I'll make that thread (but only after NA week 3 and Europe week 2 come in )

I'm afraid you've been beaten to it really:

Though, I guess yet another one couldn't hurt.

That's only Japan

So that should put it over one million lifetime.

Watch out, WonderSwan!

In all seriousness, thanks for finding these numbers Vinnie.

Well, this isn't a surprise, is it? I made that "Congratulations"thread on Saturday, remember? ;)

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

I'm not sure why everybody likes to compare launch numbers so much. Hardware launches are all about supply, not demand. Initial launches will always sell out (with the exception of handhelds) and you won't really get an idea of how the system will perform until after the system has been on the market for about a year.
