AM2, Virtua Fighter is the most balanced 3D fighter out there but nobody cares for it. No Virtua Fighter game has been released on a Nintendo platform, so it would be hilarious if it sells better on one.

Also the guys that made Valkyria Chronicles (and maybe Yakuza).

But yeah, Platinum have more potential.

Nintendo could possibly revive some Sega titles, but only with their publishing and teams behind it. If they leave Sega to their own devices it would be a horrible purchase.

Hmmm, Sega properties that I woud care for.
- Sonic Adventure 3
- Jet Set Radio U
- Phantasy Star U
- Shemnue 3
- Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg 2

This would be what I would personally want to see, but in terms of whats beneficial for Nintendo, I think i would come down the ability of Sega's current studios to take on new IPs and Maybe go places that Nintendo's main teams wouldn't like M Rated titles etc, as well as RPGs like the Phantasy Star Brand. My only question would be are sega's current studios any good? Maybe thats something Nintendo can influence and maybe will see a big overhaul in their teams.

But I think Nintendo definitely need acquire more devs, specifically western ones.

I'd fully vote in favour of this if it meant Sony Bringing Valkyria Chronicles into the first party fold and doing an HD upgrade of Valkyria Chronicles 2 and 3 and release all 3 games as a collection with trophies.

There's pretty much nothing else I want out of Sega. I suppose lots of Sony fans would want Sony to bring Yakuza into the 1st party fold too.

Both franchises are pretty much dead otherwise. Sony wouldn't allow itself to be bought out of Yakuza.

If Nintendo does and puts some of their own developers on Sega IPs the games would turn to gold!

but I don't think they will buy them but if they did buy them they would have good plan in place otherwise it would do more harm than good for Nintendo!

On Topic: I think Sega is too big. Nintendo could prabably afford Sega, but afterwards it's money-reserves would be exhausted and Nintendo would be vulnerable. Also I don't see the big advantage Nintendo would get from taking over Sega.

Platinum Games might be a much more interesting option for Nintendo.

Capcom already supports Nintendo-platforms decently. Konami on the other hand - think about it: Switching from Nintendo-hate to Nintendo-exclusivity with one cheque.
