Sign in using your Nintendo Network ID account (if you have Wii U Deluxe and have made digital purchases). You will be able to get the credit vouchers and use them on the 3DS eShop or Wii U eShop to add balance.
Basically it looks like for every $50 spent, you get 500 points which equates to $5 credit balance back. Looks like the balance becomes available the next day so no waiting a month or whatever. A nice way to offer the digital version cheaper without pissing off retailers by officially pricing things lower. Also these points are addititive in addition to the Club Nintendo Points you get for registeration survey and post-play feedback.
