I just got my surface last night, and it works great. I love the new OS, looks prettier than the legacy windows. Anybody else have one?

Yeah, I figured. Msft can't cut the price of the Surface too much though or they'll piss off their hardware partners, so I'm guessing that it will remain a high-end kind of product.

They already charge their partners ~$100 for Windows RT+Office; I think they already pissed them off (see any HP WinRT tablet?)
