It's a port of a Wii game, what did you expect? I personally like the cell shaded graphics, but I'll admit they look kinda bland based on this video. They will probably look gorgeous on a HD TV

i saw alot of DBZ characters in there ...i think i saw that red devil dude,gokus grandfather and that white cat whats his name i forgot ...

It's all art done by Akira Toriyama or in his style, after all. Some of the more generic DB/Z characters are bound to look like it.
