Well, just from an initial perspective, the system seemed to boot faster and load my profile quicker as well. Take that for what it is.

**I timed it, it is more than twice as fast to boot and load profile as it was before (for myself). It is now under 20 seconds from power on to the home menu, it used to sit during the power on for atleast an extra 10 seconds or more.

Maybe where you live. I pay 70 dollars a month just to have the crap i have now. broadband isn't available everywhere.. The more you know.

For me bandwitdth isn't the problem, its speed. I can't get super high speed internet at a reasonble price. I assume its the same in the city, there just isn't enough competition between ISPs.

well they made the 3DS faster with updates so I don't see why they can't with WiiU

These updates are not that big, though they should do a better job of doing them in the background, perhaps mine wasnt because I forced it to update.

We lived through the PS3, we can live through this! Nintendo is now in the future and offically in the club of never ending updates and patches muwahahaha! Maybe they'll pull a 1 month Nintendo Network down thing too, who knows lol, I got som PS+ time out of it from Sony so maybe I can get some free money from Nintendo on the eShop if that happens haha :)
