With the announcement that Epic games president Mike Capps is stepping down that marks the 3rd huge shake up in Epic.

 

Whats going on?  And more importantly is this going to severely effect epic losing its top talent?  

New MS studio...

Lot cheaper than buying epic.... 

Maybe they're all going to go to Black Tusk Studios, just like when people left Bungie to go to 343i

12 year old daughter and a sleepover with her friends.... She was gutted gangnam style couldn't be downloaded.

I get that but its all happening at once.  Huge influential developers in Epic.  It just seems too many at once to be a coincidence

Don't see them as having a problem really, he's leaving because of a new kid, and he's still on the Epic board.

And let's be realistic, his Studio President job is replaceable even though he was active as a PR guy.

Rod leaving was the biggest loss of talent imo, and even he is ultimately replaceable.

No!!!!!!!!!!! sniff sniff whose going to take care of Gears? screw people can fly. I loved Gears since the first game im a die hard Gears fan, and im not going to buy gearsj it looks stupid kinda went of topic.

Mike is becoming a stay at home dad so he isn't going to a new ms studio. Wouldn't be surprised if Cliff starts one tho.

All in all this actually might be BECAUSE a buy out is coming up.
