___________

Pretend Exclusive: A 3rd party multiplat, that releases for multiple consoles in the same window, in which all press showings and marketing are catered to only one console. Exclusive console bundles, being the lead platform, as well as timed exclusive/exclusive  betas and game content also strengthen the claim. The final effect is that the uninformed gamer will be convinced that the version primarily advertised is the only and/or best place to experience the game.

X1: Titanfall, COD: AW.    PS4: Watch Dogs, Destiny

Xbox E3 Exclusives: Halo MCC, Crackdown 3, Phantom Dust, Scalebound, Dance Central Spotlight

Now that's a more interesting thread. I don't know what to predict though.

A more politically correct thread, with the only metacritic reference at the bottom. It has always been my personal standard to separate 70+ games with lesser ones. My previous thread even specified this from the start. It is perfectly fine to at least showcase what only the "quality" offerings sold on their own.

Will be updated weekly. Should be interesting to see which comes out on top.

Yes. Id give it an 80% chance of happening.

I'm going to say yes, but barely. Yakuza 5 will add around 500k to PS3 and PS All Stars probably something similar. I thought you were going to take MLB out though?

Looks like this is becoming a new thing: Put one exclusive game against an armada of games on a PlayStation system.

Halo 4 should beat the group of 70+ games, but the entirity of exclusives will be a close call. I'll pick Halo 4, because Sony games don't sell on Sony systems.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.

Biased reviews are a pleasure to read. Just my opinion, of course.

Okami HD - 0.08

Jak and Daxter Collection - 0.31

Ratchet and Clank Collection - 0.13

MLB 12: The Show - 0.79

Tales of Graces (2012 Sales) - 0.31

Playstation All Stars BR - N/A

Ratchet and Clank: FFA - N/A

These are all games that are on the Vita, PS2, or Wii. Thus not a true PS3 exclusive. If I took those out, Halo 4 would win as of this moment, and honestly, your nobility and purity in exclusives isn't shared by the restof the fans. They would complain so much if I took these games out.

In the end, its about 360 vs PS3, what one console ahs that the other doesn't. Times are changing...Sony releasing games on the Vita alongside PS3 has literally changed your most time honoured argument. PS3 fans are now bending the definition as much as 360 fans do with games like Witcher 2 or Minecraft.

Im sorry but this "bending" is fair and the new age for both of us, it helps your cause, and really shows what PS3 has that 360 can't do. Im a fair person, I count everything one has that the other doesn't, even it it doesnt help my argument. Im not such a bad guy as people think.

So there is going to be one of these threads everyday now eh. For tomorrow may i suggest Forza Horizon going to outsell all of ps3 exclusive racing games.

Nah, Jak and Daxter Collection and R&C can stay I think, since they are updated versions and you can't buy them all in one collection on PS2. The other games I would drop

Much better thread I'd hope the arguments don't happen as much this time around.

Yes I believe by the end of the year it will have sold more than all combined 2012 exclusives for PS3. But as Pezus said Yakuza 5 will likely sell well in Japan.
