Speaking truthfully I highly doubt the authenticity of that particular collection. They can be explained by a wide variety of natural phenomena, and more often then not by skilled practical jokers. The things you can do with some wire, magnets, and a hand drill are damned impressive.
While some might be persuaded by the last clip I would like to point out one thing mirrors can reflect images of different things dependent on their angle. Illusionists have known this for quite some time. All you need is a twin behind the wall caught in another mirror to pull off that particular illusion.
The one with the clock was also very original. That was accomplished by rigging a different motor in the clock that not only spun the hands, but also caused enough vibration to eventually pop it off the wall. The rotation of the entire clock was accomplished with a magnet. The painting bled with tubes just like is done in most movies, the cloth was done with simple wires.
I hope you can see how with a little time ingenuity a few house hold products or a decent PC you could replicate every single one of these images. However that does not take away from the artistic quality that any prankster put into their work. You just shouldn't actually believe these things.

The thing is though, it makes no rational sense why he actually does close the door. If you just saw a ghost or spirit, would you actually put it deliberately out of your sight for a few seconds?
Instinctively humans keep an eye on potential threats. His actions don't make much sense. There is the possibility he was starting to panic...but It's far easier to believe it was just staged, and the door was opened and closed for dramatic effect.
