Coming from the developers of Dynasty Warriors games....wouldn't place too much focus on their opinions.
It's already known that the GPU on Wii U is more powerful though, its the slow RAM and CPU that's a limiting factor.

The Dynasty Warriors one is a good example: they were one of the ones complaining about having to adjust from a CPU-intensive environment. They know that the console is capable of better, so long as developers adapt to the more modern feature-set.

PS3 is more capable than the X360. How's the Unreal and Modern Warfare game engines working on it again after 5-6 years?
