Super Street Fighter: AE 2012 & Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Heading To Wii U - Rumour
David Lynch
Wii U has a bunch of Xbox 360 and PS3 games already on their way, but are Super Street Fighter: AE 2012 & Marvel vs. Capcom 3 among them.
Published on Nov 21, 2012 Super Street Fighter: AE 2012 & Marvel vs. Capcom 3 could be on their way to Nintendo’s Wii U if recent pack shots from BradyGames Wii U accessories are to be believed. According to Shoryuken, who discovered the Brady Games’ Wii U Digital Cheat Controller peripheral during the US Black Friday sales, Super Street Fighter: AE 2012 & Marvel vs. Capcom 3 can both be seen on the rear of the packaging. The Wii U accessorie allows players to plug their smartphones underneath the traditional control pad, allowing players to look at guides or walkthroughs on the internet. Developers will put more games on the wii U and do a decent job at it if they know what is good for them!
Now, this could be just lazy packaging design on the part of BradyGames, there’s even a picture of an Xbox 360 controller on the back so this is more than likely, but it could also mean that Capcom’s fighters are in the works for Nintendo’s new machine.
If anything, it at lest show that there’s an interest in seeing Capcom’s fighters on Wii U. With so many already released third party games exploiting the Wii U’s new audience, there’s every reason to believe that Super Street Fighter: AE 2012 & Marvel vs. Capcom 3 could eventually appear on Nintendo’s new console.
