Future shops website is buggered up, it's showing available in store the WiiU (sold out online), but in the actual store locator it says not available for anything in a 100km radius. I was just there yesterday and zero stock.

That's bizarre. For me, it's showing that the basic Wii U is in stock online, and it's showing as in stock at the three closest stores to me.

Haha it changes by the minute, now it says wiiU basic available on line, quantity remaining 1. Not available in local stores.
10 minutes ago, none available on line, available in store, but nothing within 100 km.

Shouldn't be hard to find a Wii U now. The only reason it was hard the first couple of days was due to there being limited stock due to them being reserved for pre-orders.

The most hardcore of Nintendo fans already bought a Wiii U. Will the mainstream embrace the U?

I voted no because they aren't all sold out. if you look hard enough I think you can find them. My store only had preorders left today but on tuesday we still had 20 (I bought one and I can even up load a photo with a reciept and date). However, they are so limited it probablly gives the impression of sold out

This week I really had a hard time to find WiiU, maybe that because I live in Indonesia. Sunday WiiU will hit the store but I can't afford it, they will sell at $700 for a deluxe set plus 1 game and $1000 for 5 games.
I don't want to buy it not because I don't have the money. With that price I can buy a Vita and WiiU!
Maybe ill buy the Vita for this holiday.

walmart has plenty in stock where i live. not getting one soon. waiting for more games and price drops. not gonna make same mistake purchase like the ps3.
