I cannot see this game being a hit. Who wants to start at the end?

You do get an info comic type dealy with it. So you know what is going on. 9.5! Who does not want to play a game that gets 9.5?

One who can get all 3 games on either PS3/Xbox360 or PC for the same price.

But if you do not have one of those systems or want to try out mass effect 3 with the incredible game pad then you have no other better place to go. 200 for 360, plus 50 for all old games. Equals a lot of money.

Pretty sure the majority of people who have a Wii-U either has a PS3/Xbox360 and/or a decent PC.

"Incredible gamepad", that is debatable along with the fact it isnt really necessary to get the full fledged experience out of a game like Mass Effect which wasnt created using the gamepad to begin with.

"Plus 50 for all old games"? Where at....most games cost $19.99-$24.99 and a few of them will be $9.99 to $14.99 (and some for $9.99) during BF o.o. Far cheaper to get it on other systems especially the PC, if you are that desperate to play it, play it in low settings l0l.

tl;dr there are better games out there for the Wii-U than a shoddy port like ME3.

Wait 9.5? I thought it was having sound and visual issues and what not? So its not a lazy port?

That's a completed inflated score, considering the full situation of the title (late release, zero DLC support, etc.)

Reviewers make no sense to me... and I will gladly skip this title. Sorry!

So much this.

The Wii Pad cannot help the Mass Effect truly set itself apart from the other consoles. This game was pretty much sent on the Wii U to die. This will definitely be one of the skipped games for the majority who have already played it on other consoles. Its the same  experience.

Maybe for someone who doesn't care about the trilogy and wants to enjoy the last game, but the fact is the controllers extras isnt doing much. It's just a map you look down on and inventory controller. With a game like Mass Effect it always slows down for you, so you're always looking up to do the same things the Wii U is forcing you to look down to do.

tell me when they do a trilogy for the WiiU otherwise F*ck you EA!

Yup. I am pretty much the market for Mass Effect 3 on Wii U (I haven't played it on other consoles, but I am still a "core" gamer), but nothing they did with the Wii U version makes me want to get it for the Wii U. If I ever end up buying the game, it'll be at $15 off the Used games rack.

Everyone who can see this game for the insult it is. Reminds me of Dead Space Extraction which is among the highest rated third party games on the Wii. A game that isn't worth anywhere close to full price is passed off as one of the best on the system. It's like reviewers are setting up things for future troll editorials where they point out how critically well received games were ignored by Nintendo console owners.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.
