Hey we are not the all blacks. Rugby teams are increadibly rare in North America. Ice Hockey is my fav. to play.

Sure man working at home is awesome, i love it!

You only need 2 set of Dumbells, a Pull Up bar and a par of shoes, maybe a bench and of course weights. I Also recomment a Z Curl Bar to do some triceps and biceps exercises.

That will be hard to do. I used to lift 4 days a week and ride 20 plus miles on my bike almost every day. I had to eat like a pig to not lose weight. It will be close though.

Yeah do allways Cardio it will help you gaining muscle and reducing fat... 

But i dont recomment Cardio after your leg day, per example if you work your legs wednesday like i did before dont do hard cardio on thursday, it will probably hurt you and overtrain your legs but thats just my opinion.

What about American Football ? 

Although most players are on the Gym, i know a friend who plays he is dating my cousin from Philadelphia and he plays American Football, he is on the Gym and trains 3 days a week.

Im from Portugal but i have Family in the U.S and my Parent were on Sweden before where i was born.

The guy is from New Jersey.



Gotta Love this Chest Workout... PRetty hard though.

Also guys dont skip legs.



Im lifting weights (10kg) about 50 mins (25 per arm) per day about 4-6 times a week. Am i overtraining?

Well i allways eat alot these days but i workout before that and go to run to street. Last year before Christmas Dinner i trained hard Chest and Biceps and before the New years i did Back and Tricpes 1.30h and run so i know im allways in shape even eating alot!

Pretty good if you had some harder exercises like i did and do them in that sequence...

Hey, I use that video too!

Its pretty good, i´ve add my own exercises and some of them and do it in that order but replace the most easy ones by much harder ones.
