It's funny, I actually really wanted to give this series another chance after playing the first Mass Effect on 360. I felt like the game had the potential to be a lot of fun, but I couldn't get past the awkward and cumbersome control scheme. But now with the Wii U gamepad I feel like that control method is perfect for this type of game. If only EA actually put some REAL effort into this and, I dunno, maybe released the entire TRILOGY for $60, along with promises of DLC, and better graphics, I would have DEFINITELY been on board. But no, EA seems to be on a mission to convince me to pass on this one.
