Mass Effect?

Yes.  It is still only for X360.  I believe it is coming to PS3 in the trilogy i december if im correct.

The Xbox is missing the dance central games

Ok, I haven't read the post yet but I want to see if I can guess the outcome based on the thread OP. Based on that, I'm guessing the Xbox 360 comes out on top. Was I right? Let's see!

Woo, look at Kinect Adventures go. Was that a $60 game at retail, by the way? Actually, wow, look at all the Kinect games up there.

Mass Effect? Left 4 Dead? These games are non exclusive.

You missed Ridge Racer 7, SOCOM: Confrontation & Hot Shots Golf: Out of Bounds! from the PS3 list.

If I'm being really fussy, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is a PS3 exclusive as well.

There are some nice PC games on that 360 list.
