I've been reading a lot of message boards (because of the football coach departure situation at WVU). I can tell you the converstaion here is so much more intelligent. I take it to be because we have Mods who actually do their job.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.

While I hope that VGChartz will become more and more successful, especially to reward Ioi for his hard work on the site, I also hope that the forums will not grow too much too fast as it would make it harder for the mods to weed out the spammers if they are overloaded and thus the level of conversation routinely found here would go down the drain.

In short:

More lurkers = good
More spammers = bad

Thanks Ioi, The source and anybody else helping on the numbers for the work on the numbers and thanks the other moderators for their work on the news stories and on keep ing the forums readable.

I think Vgchartz will be huge, right among the top 3 possibly!
The best thing about Vgchartz, and the prime reason we're growing, is that the average user is a lot more mature and knowledgeable than on other sites. So the discussions take on a different tone, even though they can get heated.
And having the numbers right there to discuss is something entriely different than what GS, GT, NeoGaf or others can offer, and is yet another good reason to sign up!

Go ioi, go!!
