This is not 'medical marijuana' but the full state legalization.  (It is still illegal Federally - but I am no lawyer.)

Colorado:
Amendment 64 amends the state constitution to allow the personal use and sale of recreational marijuana in a manner similar to alcohol. Tax revenues go to school construction and the state's general fund.

Marijuana is less lethal to your health than cigarettes and alcohol, so I always thought it was stupid to make it ilegal.

I'm not sure what Mitt Romney ish means. Our liberal president isn't legalizing marijuana either.

I told my roommate the news and first thing he did was run outside and start smoking it openly. I'll let him find out on his own that the laws haven't changed yet lol. BTW washington did it to.

And Washington State legalize it for people over 21 - but you have to get a license to grow it.

And Massachusetts add Medicinal Marijuana.

So some forms of it are legal in 21 state! Is it time for a constitutional amendment?
