The guys from Contra Hard corps (kinda), Guardian Heroes and Sin and Punishment are working on a new 3DS game

Sin & Punishment and Ikaruga developer, Treasure, are working on a Nintendo 3DS exclusive, according to a report at Nintendo Life, who spotted an interview with company president, Masato Maegawa, in U.K. magazine GamesTM.

“We are making a new game on Nintendo 3DS now,” Maegawa reportedly said to GamesTM. “Not multiplatform, but exclusive to 3DS.”

Maegawa also suggested that the game in question is an action title, but no further details have been shared thus far.

In 2009, Treasure released Sin & Punishment: Star Successor, a sequel to the original Nintendo 64 game, which was published by Nintendo. Following that, they’ve released Xbox Live Arcade versions of Radiant Silvergun, Guardian Heroes, and Bangai-O HD.

oh yes! I really enjoyed Sin and Punishment for the Wii, so this upcoming 3DS game should be a real treat :)

That's that shoot em up you have to switch colored shields, right? I love shoot em ups (well, used to, until they became too hard) but even I couldn't play this game, too stressful!

Yes, that game... it's a masterpiece, hands down the best of it's genre, i smashed a couple of controllers but it was worth it... all my meories had vanished but now they are back and i don't know how react to that, i need some fresh air ú_ù

Sin and punishment 3DS! Hell yea!

Since Sin and Punishment sold very badly (20k in japan only) I doubt it is it.

It's been 3 years since their last game, this ought to be good

3DS has more or equal to Wii-Mote( dont feel like counting) and nothing they do with 3DS can be more uncomfortable that N64 control. Im more than sure they can faithfully create a perfect handheld Sin and punishment
