My steam account is saying Steam error Code 109 whenever i try accessing the store....do any of you guys know how to fix this problem?

Give it a little while. Probably just a server issue (I was having a similar problem a couple of days ago).

try deleting (backup if you want) the ClientRegistry.blob file in your steam folder
if that doesn't work try open command prompt and type in ipconfig /flushdns

that is strange, have you tried lodging a support ticket? https://support.steampowered.com/

they can be slow getting back tho, so you could try posting on the steam forums as well

Erase your computers temp internet files.

Erase and re download steam.
