If she wasn't your girlfriend and you don't want to do it with someone who is not your girlfriend, then you should wait till you build a relationship and say no. She'll be butthurt, but if she's mildly interested, she will be even more.

Your sex will be better too because your body doesn't lie. If you feel guilty, your body knows. You can control it, but with little experience it's hard. I know how you feel because I've done the one-night-stand thing and I got the same feeling.

So since that's what you want, do it with a girlfriend, someone you have a commitment and love with.

The concept of virginity goes way beyond the vagina guys, it's an instinctive mental construct that your mind translates into an emotion.

I have lost my virginity personally, and never felt the same sexual emotion since. Maybe I need to wait until I find my life partner to get it again, but that's my experience.
