No, I wouldn't let him/her/it get away that easily. Its punishment must be more severe.

Once given birth to, I would hit it with a stick once a day, starting at the age of five, until it starts playing video games at least three hours a day. For every year it still refuses to become a devoted gamer, I would increase the amount of hits with 1 more hit per day. I would not enjoy it, but I'd be willing to do what must be done.

I dont know. Thats a difficult question. I dont know if I could bond with my child if they didnt want to play Mario Kart with me.
