You changed your argument. I didn't said it won't give a notable boost (I and everybody else in the world would also be willing to bet it'll give a notable boost). I said it won't beat this week's.

NSMB 2 is doing better than i thought. For a moment i felt it would keep on falling and stabilize at a lower number.

The game was on fire on COMG... and the brand grew a lot in recent times in japan.

Anyway, for the last time... it did wonderful! Just not as high we expected. There. (proved false, see my next post)

No, they are the same prices (24,980 yen/29,980 yen) as the previous slim models, although the hard drive sizes have been increased. From 160gb to 250gb and from 320gb to 500gb.

For comparison, the Wii U will cost 26,250 yen and 31,500 yen. (basic/premium) The Vita is the same price as the PS3 at 24,980/29,980 (wifi/3g).

The super slim PS3 stayed the same price. The Xbox, oddly, did not drop in price, but the price of the Xmas bundle released 10/4 is significantly lower, which explains its boost. 20 000 yen for 250gb, 2 games, 1 month of Hulu, and 1 month of Xbox Live. Normally, the 250gb console is 30 000 yen.

I actually walked into my local Sofmap today to buy the new bundle, but they were sold out. I ended up walking out with a lightly used GOW3 LE console instead.

But you can't compare that. Resident evil 6 will also get re-released, best price edition, Super Resident Evil - Arcade Edition etc...

It already outsold Resi 5 by a landslide.
