Forums - PC Discussion - Dota 2, changing health bar colours? (i'm colourblind)

Hey people,

I've just started playing this game, its hard enough as it is since its not noob friendly. Just to make it even harder for me, I'm colourblind and that starts a whole new challage for me again. Ive search google 100 times trying to get a fix. Ive found a way to do it but well i kinda dont know how.

Theres a way to change it in the Console but i dont know what to change to make it better.

Any help would be great,

Thanks

Sounds like this might help in console

dota_friendly_color_x [rgb value, range clamped from 0-1]
dota_enemy_color_x [rgb value, range clamped from 0-1]

Ok, I think i've got it.

The commands actually are

dota_friendly_color_r    (etc.)

http://www.dota2wiki.com/wiki/Console_Command_List

You can tell Blue from red and green correct?

If so try this....

dota_friendly_color_g_0

dota_friendly_color_b_1.

You probably only need the second commandbut being safe here. That should turn the green ally indicators into blue indicators.  I keep looking this up when I'm at work so i don't have access to DOTA2, also i've never actually played it yet... so.

and

dota_minimap_simple_colors_1 SHOULD change the minimap to green for allies and red for enemies.
