but this is pretty awesome stuff, I've always loved the main SMT series the most, its much more mature than the Persona series.

Very biased for japanese gaming. Needs more love here on VGChartz. If Vita gets more japanese support you'll see some OMG threads from me too.

Persona series is better for me, Persona 4 is a masterpiece, even though it's the least mature of the bunch...go figure, I like immature games.

But I don't know, this game ups the fight a lot... is looking amazing. I complained about it not being a tile-rpg, but looks like it still is, only hiding (quite well) the tiles.

I actually was/am amazed by the little I've seen of SMTIV. I love the in-game HUD thingy at 1:07, love the first person battles, love the whole Paper Mario style possibility to attack first feature. In short, it looks everything like a 21st century SMT game should be.
