Forums - PC Discussion - Help me choose a gaming mouse

So I've been using a standard  wireless Microsoft Mouse for many years now and have been mostly satisfied.  As of late however, I feel that it's damaging to make ability to get headshots in Counterstrike.  It keeps losing tracking, skipping, and a lack of responsiveness.  So I've been looking into getting a new mouse and was hoping the VGchartz PC community would give me some tips.

Things to know:

  • I have fairly large hands but not very big hands.  A little bit bigger then normal
  • I play ALL KINDS OF GAMES but I play a lot of Counter Strike and RPGS (not MMOS) on PC.
  • I use Palm grip
  • I like wireless mouses (but if it's going to hamper my gaming I'll move back to wired).
  • I don't want to spend $75 or less if I don't have too
  • I have three very serious considerations so far.

The Razer Mamba:  Seems like an extremely nice mouse but to be honest it's way more then I want to spend ($100)

Logitch G9x:  This one seems very popular but I get a mixed bag on the reviews.

Razer  Death Adder:  This one is very cheap (sub $50) but it's infared and I've heard bad things about infared.

SteelSeries:  Don't know much about this but I heard they are good.

What do you guys recommend?

I have the Mamba and love it, wireless, no lag and has the best fit for my hand, you can probably get it around 100 if you do some search.

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

What about Razer Molten Naga ?

i've made a weird video about it , because why not?

My hands are probably even bigger than yours , and this mouse feels perfect.

What about a RAT 9?
I may be getting it soon. Heard it's awesome and it's not too expensive.

i use a logitech m510 wireless mouse. I like the feel of it and it works well for me.

The Rat 9 is by far the greatest mouse ever made. You cannot go wrong with this. It has adjustable weights and a thumb rest which is amazing.
