I'm glad to have a vita over 3DS. I'm waiting for a price drop for the digital version of wipeout 2048 (I've had HD/Fury since the hack)... I've also got Blazblue for Vita, but the version I have on PS3 is outdated, so I can't use cross play.

Personally, I wouldn't find any interest in Mario games. I play mostly fighters, and I do have both Jumping Flash games and Klonoa on my Vita if I really need some platforming.

I'm not even on PS3 much at all, except for Marvel Vs. Capcom 2. I'm waiting for Tekken Tag 2. But, I may be right back towards the vita again when Assassins Creed 3: Liberation comes.

I say vita because where you are, no region lock is what you need. 3ds being region locked is a big minus

3DLand and NSMB2 are extremely lackluster. If you're only buying it for Mario games then I wouldn't recommend it. Best games on the system are Mario Kart 7 and Resident Evil Revelations. If those series interest you then I would get a 3DS.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

What do I do then about the gamez?? I guess I could import all of them...

If it's not costly then I would say do that.

I import all my games... but even Iceland must have better prices than Brazil.

(3DS XL for 600 dollars, anyone?)

Too lazy to read the entire topic, but you should note that 3DS is region locked. Unless you are from America, buying an American 3DS means that you will have to import all games from America.

"Well certainly with the Xbox 360, we had some challenges at the launch. Once we identified that we took control of it. We wanted to do it right by our customers. Our customers are very important to us." -Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb (10/2013). Note: RRoD was fixed with the Jasper-revision 3 years after the launch of 360

"Fortunately we have a product for people who aren't able to get some form of connectivity; it's called Xbox 360,”-Don Mattrick

"The region locking of the 3DS wasn't done for profits on games"-MDMAlliance

Just get the Vita already.

It's region free.
It has the games you like.
It has Cross Platform/Play/Buy.
It is the better web browser and app device.
It is getting PS Mobile this fall.
It is getting PS Plus.
It has 250+ PSP games on the store and 100+ PSone classics.
It uses the same account you use on your PS3 for transferring games between them and collecting trophies.
It is graphically superior.
It has cross game chat.
It has great multiplayer capabilities.
It has unique combination of two touch screens with gyros, 2 camera, Augmented Reality, 2 analog sticks, and great buttons.
It has an 5" OLED screen.
It has 7(?) bundles available this year that come with a game and a memory card for the Wifi version.
It has a 3G version if that's something you are interested in.
It has a power grip by NYKO for 30 bucks that makes it feel like a dualshock and doubles battery life.
It has digital versions of every retail game available day one.
It has remote play so you can operate and play your PS3 from your Vita at home or anywhere in the world.
It has remote controller allowing for asynchronous gameplay like shown at Gamescom with LBP2 and announced for Guacemelee.

Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(

You should work for Sony advertising lulz

Do you remember when the LBP Vita bundle is coming?

Do you have connections?

September 25th and it should be available quite some time after that I think.

Stop it! Stop it! All of your speak of $600 consoles and over-priced games is scaring me!
