I dont really know, they just post it on vgchartz.

Normaly its send directly after the market closes. 2 hours later it is released to the public.

Sure so if it shows ps3 undertracked by 200k, and wii overtracked by 300k it wont count because of canada :D

and when NPD hits, count approx 90% of this to compare (right right?)
