Here’s another quick Final Fantasy Versus XIII non-update.

Speaking at today’s Final Fantasy 25th anniversary celebration opening ceremony in Shibuya, Square Enix CEO Yoichi Wada said: “When it reaches the level where it gives you that nostalgic, “this is Final Fantasy!” feeling, I want to show it to everyone.”

This morning, we saw a new sketch of the game’s main character Noctis from director Tetsuya Nomura, asking that fans “please wait for his turn.”

Why do they hype me like this!!

You know what I am anticipating the most about this title?

The time when people will shut the hell up about it. FF versus is the savior blah blah blah.

No offense to some of you but god 6 years of this has been so annoying. I blame SE (for announcing it so early) and the fans for their retarded expectations.

Such a BS claim, when the gameplay is not going to be anything like the nostalgia that we want. No one asked for Final Fantasy 13:Kingdom Hearts Edition.

I'm totaly with you. Can't wait for this to be out so fans realise how retarded they were for overhypping this. The overhype lvl for this game is wayyy over 9000. But at the end, odds are that we won't stop hearing about it after launch because of all the fans whinning and bitching about how it's not like what they expected.

I think the game will be good, but NO WAY near as good as ppl think. From experience, by looking at other FF games SE gave us this gen, it will disappoint alot of ppl and they will deffinetly fail to give us ''that nostalgic FF feeling''.

And yet they continue to release FFXIII games?? WTF?! FFXIII did not had that "feeling" and yet we got a sequel, and another one is in development......

Can someone make disappear Wada, Kitase and Toriyama so we can have a great FF game again?? PLEASE!!!

1) It is open world

2) Character design rocks

3) The theme of the game looks really cool, on par with FFVII and FFVIII. It is a dark theme not some b$ about friendship like FFXIII

4) Real time combat....AT LAST!!

5) You can ride tanks, robots, and other vehicles an use them to explore the environment and fight against enemies in real time.

With those 5 items, VersusXIII has the potential of being the best final Fantasy EVER! And most people and fans know that, that is the reason behind the crazy hype.

I don't care. The game could be a big pile or horse shit for all we know. No one has played it. It's not out. It's not a savior. Please be REALISTIC.
