This has been posted a couple times already, and it only takes into account the production costs, not packaging, shipping, and all that other jazz. It's possible they may be breaking even, but we'll learn more from their financial report.

I don't think we'll be seeing a price drop anytime soon, unless the 360 gets a big price cut and really lowers PS3 sales.
