As nen pointed out, it could have been assumed the day already started.
I make serious votes often without explaining them until later. There's plenty of reason to do such a thing.
If the vote was made with the intention that I guessed, it doesn't matter if spurge posted or not.
2. You said him acting normally was suspicious, but you admit that he'd also act normally as town. So, "why not?" I don't particularly think it's a good idea to lynch someone who, going by your evidence, is statistically more likely to be town. Or did you have a different reason to vote him?

Yep and you were wrong, doesn't mean I don't want to hear your thoughts. If you recall I got a town vibe form you day one even though you were suspecting me. I can't get a feel without discussion and it's never too soon for discussion.

Pezus's vote on Spurge seemed like a joke vote to me- I mean, we literally didn't have ANY information at that point of the game. Spurge watching TV is hardly a crime either- I watch a fair bit of it while mafia rounds are going on (NCIS, CSI, the Mentalist...)
