I so called the $229 price. I would like some sort of praise from the Gamrconnect community.

I really thought the 16gb(or 160gb) would be $150

good pricing all around, looking forward to the holiday season.

I'm surprised by the $179 price. I didn't think Sony would cut the price but if they were to, I thought they would go to $199 at.the lowest. The $179 price is nearly a $100 drop! Should be some nice numbers this year if true. I wonder how Microsoft will react.

$179.99 for 16GB is actually pretty great. If I didn't have a PS3 already, I'd definitely move on one at that price.

There are lots of people who don't use their HDD space anyway.

Good prices since PS3 shouldn't have dropped price at all now (last time was only 1 year ago). It's MS' time to drop (last was 3 years ago, or was it effectively 4 years ago?).

well it better b 160G, but if it is 16G then, a simple solution would be to get a external 1T for $89.

with those price cuts this holiday season will be an interesting sight, but i'm still not sure how competative PS3 will be against Halo4, and last i checked, the cod exclusive dlc deal ended with blops 1.
