Chris Christie, because even a fat guy is preferable to a woman, when it comes to politics :P

Seriously, however, i'm almost positive Clinton won't be in it. Say, Cuomo, O'Malley, or Sebelius, but not Clinton.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Damn, I thought this was a new epic rap battle of history.

I think Christie would never win a primary, between his size and his candid (often straight up angry) attitude.  The man comes off as having little self-control, and his dimeanor would in particular not go over well with women, methinks.

I also think Clinton might consider herself too old to run in 2016. Though if she does run, she's almost guaranteed the nom.

It's going to be Cuomo is 2016, mark my words

"Pier was a chef, a gifted and respected chef who made millions selling his dishes to the residents of New York City and Boston, he even had a famous jingle playing in those cities that everyone knew by heart. He also had a restaurant in Los Angeles, but not expecting LA to have such a massive population he only used his name on that restaurant and left it to his least capable and cheapest chefs. While his New York restaurant sold kobe beef for $100 and his Boston restaurant sold lobster for $50, his LA restaurant sold cheap hotdogs for $30. Initially these hot dogs sold fairly well because residents of los angeles were starving for good food and hoped that the famous name would denote a high quality, but most were disappointed with what they ate. Seeing the success of his cheap hot dogs in LA, Pier thought "why bother giving Los Angeles quality meats when I can oversell them on cheap hotdogs forever, and since I don't care about the product anyways, why bother advertising them? So Pier continued to only sell cheap hotdogs in LA and was surprised to see that they no longer sold. Pier's conclusion? Residents of Los Angeles don't like food."

"The so-called "hardcore" gamer is a marketing brainwashed, innovation shunting, self-righteous idiot who pays videogame makers far too much money than what is delivered."

You'd think the weight would be an asset, actually. With me being unable to think of a way to say this politely: the large numbers of fat Americans would go for a fat guy, since he looks more "normal," just like how politicians don't like looking too intellectual

2000: McCain is runner up.
2008: McCain wins. Romney is runner up.
2012: Romney wins. Santorum is runner up.
2016: Santorum wins?

I think Clinton would beat Christie. I sincerely hope Santorum never gets anywhere near the nomination again. Ideally it would be Justin Amash. If not, Scott Walker could well get it. Marco Rubio, Paul Ryan and Bobby Jindal have a shot too.

Christie doesn't look normal-fat though, he looks aristocrat-fat. And that won't go over well.

yeah unfortunately santorum is a big likelihood.  I hate the idea of Santorum ever getting nominated too.  Its always easier to run if you have run before.  You still have contacts and infrastructure from your previous campaign that can be called up and implemented a lot quicker.  Plus, you aren't vetted as thoroughly because the news media has already dwelled on your baggage before.  The news media wants to find new baggage to cover, so the new candidates are again at a disadvantage.

The idea for the poll was to pick the supposed "dream" picks of either side.  I am personally an independent, center to center-right kind of guy.  Looking at the candidates of either side for this election and the next, I have a hard time seeing how republicans have a chance in either.
