death race has to come back!

but I really wouldn't mind if they would completely drop the machine creator...

and no weapons please!

i actually dont agree with the positives of it being in NintyLand. IMHO i think its an insult to the series that it has been reduced to a sideshow spectacle in some faux Home program. Thats BS.

Really? The series has seen a massive decline since their very first title. They really have nothing to lose by promoting it before release. Luigi's Mansion, Star Fox and Metroid will all be in that title as well, and all (except LM) are in desperate need of more sales.

we dont know if there is one being made, and if the series is in some kind of decline they might not even bother. I dont see it as advertisement but more of "we wont waste time on an actual game so here is a little something something" I hope im wrong

It's not possible to base that conclusion simply on an F-Zero game beingi ncluded in NintendoLand. All of Nintendo's biggest traditional franchises are on display in NintendoLand.

I think Nintendo should take this franchise in a whole new direction. Instead setting the game in the future, they should take the series back to the roots. Probably set it in the present day. People liked when FPS games when they were futuristic but when they came to a modern day setting, they REALLY exploded. The tracks are nice but haven't you ever asked the question, "Why aren't these tracks made of water?" I know I did! I'd change the main character from Captain Falcon to a hot girl in a bathing suit and the hover cars could be Kawasaki Jet Skis.

I'd call it Wave Race.

Not to be rude or anything, but that is a terrible idea. It would set the series up for failure. Forget the jet skis, people want sweet carts that they drift around turns in.  Jet skis are so limiting. How many varied locations could you have? Also, don't you think modern day settings are overused nowadays? Forget that, fantasy worlds are coming in again and modern day is going out. .Nintendo needs a strong mascot behind their racers. A face they can relate to. Sex doesn't sell Nintendo games, so bikinis would actually hurt its chance for success. What it needs is a fully dressed males in either red or green. That's why I am proposing...

I want to see an attempt to make this game. Because I want it... like now!

true, but there is no evidence that they are working on one, or we might even see one. Three Ninty systems been released since GC and none of them had an F-zero. Excuse me for being a pessimist

I want F-Zero GX gameplay with LittleBigPlanet Karting tooling and Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Autolog and Online

If they must have a story mode, let it be like Mortal Kombat's arcade mode where each Racer can have a intro and ending. It shouldn't be ridiculously difficult and the more creative scenarios they want to put to challenge people can be done via Create, Play, Share developer created levels.

The Wii U tablet controller would be awesome as the level creation tool interface.

The heart of the game must be Circuit mode whether single player, couch multiplayer, or online multiplayer. 30+ opponent ships, no rubber-band AI, all aggressively combating each other instead of focusing on challenging just player, and all the other things that made that game stand apart from other shooters.

I would buy a new console just for F-Zero GX U or whatever they want to call it as long as they don't mess with the gameplay core that worked so well before and was sorely absent during the Wii life-cycle.
