From reading the comments on that site, she is trying to say that if you ever think or talk about women as sexual objects you are a rape supporter. She is saying there is no man above the age of 18 that isn't one, and she is saying it is not instinct but the society we are raised in. (She also says all Gay men are rape supporters too.)

According to this list I don't just support rape, its my favorite damn thing in the world.
