I want a good gaming pc for that 2k mega pack.

I don't think you need one. A decent PC should be fine. Even a low-end model would work with low settings. Civ is the only one that might be an issue.

I recommend passing on this if you want Steam keys.

Spore is NOT Steam - it's an Amazon key.

Bioshock II is Games for Windows Live, and the keys don't even actually work.
