Another day, another Half-Life 2: Episode 3 rumor, this time with pictures.

A thread has appeared on the Valve fan site ValveTime.net showing off supposed concept art for the next installment in the Half-Life series. It's high-quality art that fits with the Half-Life concept art style, and also has elements that would fit in with a Half-Life sequel, like Alyx wearing a familiar jacket with the name Eli embroidered on it. The site insists that the art is the real deal, but there isn't any surefire evidence to say that it is absolutely from Valve.

Good to know. I think it is great, but the fans lust for it seems over done. I think many a shooter are as good or better. Still top notch.

How many single player shooter titles sell 12M+ copies? It's the equivalent of the extra long wait between Gran Turismo 4-5 and the fans then were getting pretty edgy for a sequel as well.

That logic is fine, but under ponts of sales the best shooter ever would be the Call of Duty series and Halo. I think the games were roundbreaking for the time. But now it ust seems like any other quality shooter.

I really like Half life 2 for it's "old school" feel. I wonder how this one WILL turn out.
