PS3 will prob dip just below it. Look how awful numbers are now and we havent even hit the slowest weeks of the year yet. Next gen is needed badly the consoles are rapidly dying

Dont know man, PS3 is still pretty popular worldwide, I'd say there is still a year or 2 left of decent sales in Western markets before it gets pushed into developing economies.

I do not know about the PS3, but the 3DS is finally going to be getting some games in the west, not to mention the billions of games it gets in Japan. So I will agree on that part.

Heroes of Ruin in Europe this week, Pokemon Conquest in America Next week, Black and White 2 in Japan soon.

Then the other games are coming as well, and should slowly trickle out throughout the rest of the year.

Depends on how Kingdom Hearts and Heroes of Ruin do this summer. But you're probably right. NSMB2 will most definitely give 3DS an unseasonably high sales spike in August until the holiday sales kick in in October.

3DS -- Kingdom Hearts, Rhythm Thief, Heroes of Ruin, FF Theatrhythm, New Super Mario Bros 2

PS3 -- NCAA Football, Risen 2, Darksiders 2, Persona 4 Arena, couple REs

The PS3 will likely hit a low of 90-100k, so it will be a bit touch-and-go on that one.

But I expect the 3DS to stay strong, and not dip below 115-120k, as when we hit the 'slow' months (August, September), we have NSMB2.

Don't see anything to halt the dropping of sales in the foreseeable future so I reckon PS3 might dip below it with 3DS staying just above.
