I hoped the game would really pick up after the penalty kick, but there wasn't much fire left on either side. It was an alright opening game for Euro 2012. Not good, not bad.

Btw, I think the second yellow card for the Greek player was justified. It was the first one that was very questionable.

only in austria and for the referee giving those cards every second game in spanish league

The rules are that if a defender is the last man between the striker and the goal and he brings him down, he's deserving of a card (usually Red)

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

yes but he was stumbling by himself and didn't get fouled. if he touched him or not, he would fall anyway. i want to see how you react if someone is falling in you, sure he touched him then on the shoulders but it didn't change the situation... the defender couldn't run anymore because they guy fell in him.

i hope i remember it correct, i saw it only with one eye^^ but i'm pretty sure i was like that and i read some football sites now to check it and they say the same.

no

Got to love how my favorite two teams (Germany and Netherlands) are in the same group, anyway the only really interesting match to me this week is Denmark vs Netherlands.

interesting, because they are the biggest foes you can think about^^

Today matches were better than I expected, now I'm even more excited for tomorrow's matches.

Kerzhakov was a joke, could've been 5-6.

Poland were good in the first half, but unfortunately they felt the pressure.

the words above were backed by NUCLEAR WEAPONS!

I quite enjoyed today's games, Greece were unlucky to go to 10, neither foul was a worthy of a yellow card and the first was a good challenge >.>

Russia destroyed the poor Czech's, they didn't deserve 4-1 :/

Impressed by the Russians, played nice compact and sharp attack
