Sony does it better.
It's Nintendo so I'm sure it'll be comfortable. I prefer the analogs in the prime position, even though the Wii CC Pro was decent.

no even close, move was in developement since 95 and Sony had joystick in their walkman since 82, nice try

It's not better or worse. It just depends on what you're used to.
Clearly inspired by the 360 controller but I really like it, especially the analog placements.
