when i say thinking, i meant having to go out your way to find a solution to a problem if your game isnt running, had a bad experience myself with FF7 getting it to run on my PC, never did get that thing working properly. THere was a long process to do so, so i said fuck it and hunted down a PS copy

hey why dont my ps2 games work with the ps3 slim or why do the nes games dont work on my snes ... damn consoles

but yeah I understand your pain ... getting old games work is sometimes a pain in the ...

You need to have good knowledge if something is not working and if not it can get very frustating. But usually I can get my games working, even the older ones.

im not trying to do all that. As for other OSs, its not like I have multiple computers with multiple different versions of windows. Respect to those with knowledge to do those kinds of things.

The BuShA owns all!

Isn't Diablo 3 supposed to be pretty light on minimum PC requirements? Most Blizzard games usually are, just like Valve's stuff.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

compared to bf3 and cod or mw yes.

But still wont run on my 2nd gen i3 laptop (only 30-35fps) :( need to run it on my i7 desktop and my friend had to get a new pc for it (but it was a +10year old one)

Nah Win7 should be enough ...

Dosbox for dos games and win95 compability mode for older win games. But wont work 100% all the time.

My laptop that's just over a year old has a 2nd gen i3 as well, but with integrated Intel grafix so I can't play most games on it including Diablo III, yet my 8-year old PC would still (barely) meet the minimum requirements if I were to actually install the game on it, so go figure.

That is why I always preferred desktops over laptops (plus I hate laptop keyboards, trackpads, etc).  Pretty hard to upgrade a laptop while upgrading a desktop is as easy as plug and play (like popping in more memory or video card).

I also have an integrated Intel gfx ... with the latest drivers it should work.

But 30fps dont work for me especially on hardcore. Way to dangerous. Especially if you play with 100+fps on a desktop. Feels way too slugish.

you dont have to play on the laptop keyboard or trackpad :p

I have my g15 and g9x on my laptop if i visit my parents. But I also hate gaming on a laptop. Its just if I dont have my desktop around.
