Moral of the Story: Your game doesn't need to work in order to be a hit.

I really don't get that. I've had zero problems with the game outside the launch day and my friends (pretty large Real ID profile) have also not had any issues. So how exactly does the game not work?

Well, this Sunday afternoon, the perfect time for cooperative, or indeed single player gaming, and the first such day since I bought the game, the Eu server was down, the whole fucking evening going into the night.

A good game but way to short and the lvl 60 cap is just Stupid.

I don't get why people say it's too short. I'm 7-8 hours in and I'm at Act III normal (I tend to explore the whole map as I progress) so I'm guessing I'll be done by 10 to 12 hours of gameplay for normal difficulty. That's already more than most single player campaigns released nowadays.

Then when you factor in that Diablo has always been about going through the story multiple times with your character at increasingly higher levels of difficulty then for a single class you get something like 40 hours of gameplay. Then there's 5 classes to play as so that boosts the duration of the game through the roof.

Signature goes here!

Oh god! PC gaming is dead! Core gaming is dead!

Was there not a analyst who said 3.5 million for the whole year?

And it only took 12 years

Who says PC gaming is dead?

Despite all problems I still think it is a very well deserved number.

Diablo III is a great game, I can't bring myself to stop playing it.

Good to know PC gaming is alive and well. I'm looking into building my own PC once I can get the funds.

I must be incredibly slow, but my buddy and I are still in Act II normal after 14 hours.  We haven't been having difficulties, we've just been exploring everything in an attempt to get all the books and stuff we can (granted we still have somehow missed a lot of books).  About an hour of that is probably doing nothing, but that is still 13 hours.

Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.
