I dont really think there is a need for a 3rd game from a story perspective. Things wrap up pretty well and all the loose ends are resolved -I dont think there is any need to bring back Cole. However, if there is an Infamous 3, what I can see happening is something like Resistance 2 with another new character emerging as the hero.
