Maybe someday aqua blue gonna be a rare item.I agree with Nikkom, maybe Nintendo need to drop 3ds cost production. When 3DS first launch, we only had 2 choices which is aqua blue and black. Honestly I prefer red flame 3DS it much more cooler. And now I won't sell my aqua blue 3ds then buy redf flame because the ambasador program and this new.

Got a black one near launch myself. Will probably buy a white one once/if my first one get too worn out.

Really? It's by far the worst color.

Let's try to make sense out of your post. You say that it was hard to find, because it kept selling out. But under normal circumstances this doesn't make any sense because Aqua Blue is an awful combination of colors for the three layers, so it's not desirable. What I think is the cause for this phenomenon you have witnessed is the fact that you live in England where people in general have bad taste in everything.

It makes perfect sense.

I think that the shades of blue combine nicely and go well with the black :(

I got the Legend of Zelda:OoT special edition 3DS. Love mine. Never fancied the blue although blue is my favourite colour (beside gold)

I like the aqua blue, but i agree, is the worst looking colour, i bought the black one, sold it and bought the Zelda edition.
