Not exactly XBLA, but interesting nontheless regarding digital sales: Xbox Live had a huge Games on Demand sales during the end of February and the beginning of March and we can see their impact on TrueAchievements.org:

given that ~1/3 of all Xbox owners don't have their Xbox connect to the internet, this should prove to be an enormous success.

So many games are bombing sadly.....But that is also thanks to GoD deals.

Sleeping dongs is like 10 bucks/Euro's in many countries and together with some other SE deals like TR games why would you spend 800 points for a XBLA game when you can have a retail game for that price?

Their are some big XBLA games coming up in the next 3-6 months wonder how they will do.

Indeed. They should lower their prices a lot earlier. For good example, Trials HD from 2009 got its drop from 1200 to 800 not until Trials Evolution released in 2012. Retail games get their first discounts probably in their first months.
