My god... what have they done...

Good to hear! Cannot wait for some Nintendo goodness in a console again! Other than Zelda and Mario Party 9 it has been too long!

This is more like a compilation of opinions ranging from good to bad, presumably with a lot of bad ones being left out.

Of course, the obligatory "smartphones are stealing Nintendo's customers" argument had to be thrown in at one point. How come that nobody has ever thought this through? Smartphones can't offer the social component of the Wii. Neither the motion controls and most importantly, the IPs. The idiots who keep spouting this smartphone argument look at the Wii as a device with games they don't like and at smartphones as devices with games they don't like, so they conclude that direct competition exists between Nintendo and smartphones. Or they simply hate Nintendo and grasp at every straw.

Well at least if that is true Busted, we will get the Wii U for a month or so. Lets hope we get to play Mario and some other great Nintendo games one last time in HD. Wish it was Zelda that I was playing on the day before Judgement day.
